Everest
Base camp trek gives you the opportunity of achieving
this once in a lifetime trek through mountainous terrain,
beautiful valleys and meeting wonderful friendly people.the
trek to Everest Base camp is strenuous, it can be achieved
by positive thinking people who are reasonably fit.
You are invited to join
our small group of 10-12 for a 12 day trek towards Everest
Base Camp, climbing to Kala Patthar at 5,545 m to view
the World's Highest Peaks. |

A couple of days will be spent in the Nepal's capital, Kathmandu
before and after the trek to shop, visit ancient temples and
explore the Kathmandu Valley.
Our aim is to visit Everest base camp on the Khumbu
glacier as well as climbing Kalapathar(5545m), which offers
fabulous views of Everest with a host of other stunning peaks.
Experienced
Group leader and Sherpa Guides will ensure your health
and welfare will be a priority throughout the trek,
providing everything possible for a safe and memorable
adventure. We have allowed additional rest days for
acclimatization to lower the risks of altitude sickness
and therefore extending the trek to 22 days with 4 days
in Kathmandu. |

Day to Day Itinerary (17 days)

1-2: |
Arrive in Nepal's
capital, Kathmandu. Free in the afternoon. Evening meal
to try local fare and to get acquainted with the group.
Morning: Walking tour of Ason (an old spice market), walking
through old busy streets of the capital, seeing the old
Durbar (palace) Square. After the walking tour we will
go to Kilroy's restaurant for lunch and briefing for the
whole trek. Those who want to buy or hire equipment for
the trek can do so after lunch at the nearby trek hiring
shop. Rest of the afternoon free. Evening get together
for drinks and briefing about the next morning's departure
and go out for dinner. |

Fly to Lukla (2,840m)
with spectacular views of the Himalaya. We trek slowly
through mountain villages which are home to the Sherpa.
and people of various ethnic background. Phakding. 2650m
Trek to Namche.The next day is reserved for acclimatisation
in Namche.3441m
Trek to Deboche via the famous Thyangboche monastery.3650m
Trek to Dingboche.4320m
Acclimatisation day at Dingboche.4320m
Trek to Locuche.4900m
Trek to Everest base camp and overnight Gorakshep.5120m
Trek to Kalapathar and head back toward Lobuche or Pheriche.
Trek Kyangjuma or Namche.
Trek to Monjo or Phakding.
Trek to Lukla. Last night party with the lads.
Fly back to Kathmandu.
Free day in Kathmandu.
